Resources + Worksheets

Because your therapist can't be on call 24/7 (and shouldn't be)...we created this library of tools, resources, and guides for actually living a kind life—not just thinking about it.

Ready to make this practice tangible? Our planners and notepads in the shop are designed to support your daily anti-perfectionist rebellion.

Therapy Tools: Possibility Planner

These exercises are adapted from evidence based therapy modalities including ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), RO-DBT (Radically Open DBT), and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy). While I'm a therapist and these tools are legit, they're not a substitute for individualized treatment.

Real talk: These tools work through repetition, not perfection. That uncomfortable feeling when you try something new? Totally normal. If something doesn't land, get curious about what got in the way and adjust. Make these yours—add context, cross things out, make them work for your actual life.
